Contact us if you are interested in exploring whether psychotherapy would be helpful to you. You will be offered an initial consultation, at which your issues would be discussed. Following this, an appropriate form of therapy will be worked out with you (i.e. individual, couple, group, frequency etc). If it were decided that group therapy is the treatment of choice, then you would be referred to a suitable group. It is usual to meet with the group therapist on a one-to-one basis for some occasions prior to joining the group. |
